- submit it in person to the head of the office or a person designated by him on Thursdays between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. or at another time by prior arrangement,

- sent by e-mail to singapore.secretary@msz.gov.pl ,

- send it to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Warsaw: https://www.gov.pl/web/dyśmacja/zloz-skarge-lub-wniosek ,

Anonymous complaints and requests will not be considered.
