The EU4Belarus – SALT scholarship programme is delivered in collaboration with the governments of Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic and is funded by the European Union as part of the “EU4Belarus: Solidarity with the People of Belarus” programme, which was implemented in response to the political crisis in Belarus. It intends to help Belarusians in four main areas: civil society and independent media, youth, small and medium-sized businesses, and health.
