TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY – ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

The Master’s Degree Programme in the field of Tourism and Hospitality at the Vistula School of Hospitality was developed based on the experience of foreign universities, both in Europe and beyond. The programme will allow you to expand the knowledge acquired during the first degree studies. You will also gain new skills related to comprehensive management in tourism, hotel and gastronomy as well as in organization of business events.

You will acquire the competences necessary to undertake creative, entrepreneurial and professional activities in an international environment. Moreover, you will get familiar with a full range of operational management tools and develop the highly valued today social competences. Tourism and Hospitality graduate qualifications 

A graduate of the Master’s Degree Programme in the field of Tourism and Hospitality at the Vistula School of Hospitality receives the professional title of MA.

Second-degree studies have a practical profile. They will equip you with qualifications for professional work in managerial positions in the field of tourism, hotel and gastronomy as well as event organization.

You will gain in-depth and expanded professional knowledge related to management activities at various management levels (critical analysis, synthesis and assessment of professional problems in the profession, planning, decision-making, implementation and control of projects) and qualifications related to running a business in the field of tourism, hospitality and gastronomy as well as event organization, including international events.

You will learn about and be able to use the tools of strategic analysis in your professional work to formulate strategic plans for enterprises from various sectors of tourism.

You will also acquire the necessary skills to exchange information at the advanced level with specialists in particular fields of study using all available communication channels and techniques; that includes also foreign language competency at least B2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages of the Council of Europe.
