About Programme
Management (Bachelor’s programme) at Vistula University is a three-year programme which can offer a sub-major for everybody. The programme has been designed to best meet the requirements and challenges of modern business. The Bachelor’s programme is focused on teaching solid and up-to-date knowledge of the three pillars of modern business: economics, finances, and management. Practitioners with long records of employment in teaching, will show you how to use your newly-acquired knowledge in your work. Internship
Vistula University offers a three-month, non-obligatory internship. Our Careers Office will help you choose from amongst domestic and foreign companies. The internship will help you gain solid experience, making you ready for your dream job. We want our students to develop their enterprise, within the structures of Vistula University as well, so this is why we give students the opportunity to start, develop, and implement initiatives. One such initiative is the “Brainstorm” student research club.

Management offers five specialisations: cybersecurity management in business (NEW, studies in Polish), marketing and sales, human resources management, business management, and project management in an organisation.
Specialisations are chosen in the fourth semester of studies.
SPECIALISATION: CYBERSECURITY MANAGEMENT IN BUSINESS (in Polish) – NEW
This specialisation will allow you to gain the necessary knowledge in the field of cybersecurity management in business. You will learn how to detect and recognize types of threats to cyberspace and how to create and manage security teams. In addition, you will learn the techniques and methods of breaking into information systems as well as the rules of conduct after a cyberattack.

SPECIALISATION: MARKETING AND SALES
You will receive the information necessary to work in marketing and sales departments. You will learn to prepare and implement marketing programmes, create ongoing task reports, and collaborate with marketing service providers. You will learn the most effective sales techniques, and find out how to build and manage sales teams.

SPECIALISATION: BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
This specialisation will prepare you to manage your own business, or a department of any organisation. You will learn how to conduct strategic analyses, as well as creating and implementing organisational strategies and policies in a dynamic, intercultural, business environment. In addition to that, you will learn tried-and-tested methods of human resources and budget management, as well as communication with clients and partners.

SPECIALISATION: PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN AN ORGANISATION
If you want to independently lead projects, this specialisation will teach you how to do just that. In addition, you will learn how to support and manage projects: starting from preliminary analyses, through to planning, completion, and evaluation.
