Travelers from Norway, Sweden, and Poland must now adhere to additional entry requirements when visiting Spain.

Travelers from Norway, Sweden, and Poland must now comply with additional entrance requirements when visiting Spain because their nations have been placed on the latter's high-risk list.
Only ten Norwegian regions, seven Swedish regions, and seven Polish regions were included in last week's update. However, because the epidemiologic situation in these countries has deteriorated in the last seven days, their whole area is now on the high-risk list.
According to World Health Organization (WHO) data, Poland recorded 4,904 new COVID-19 infection cases in the last 24 hours, while Norway reported only 153 cases. In Sweden, on the other hand, no new illnesses have been reported over this time period.
Aside from the three countries, the following regions have been added to Spain's high-risk list:
France's regions include the Grand Est, Hauts de France, Réunion, Normandy, and Occitanie.
Italy's regions include Emilia Romagna and Lazio.
Calabria, Campagna, Emilia-Romagna, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Lazio, Marche, Province of Bolzano, Sicily, Tuscany, and Venice have now been added to the list of Italy's high-risk regions.
According to Spain's current entry requirements, all visitors entering the country from Norway, Sweden, Poland, or any of the regions of France and Italy must show proof of immunization against the Coronavirus disease with one of the permitted vaccine doses or proof of recovery.
Individuals who do not have one of these two certificates must produce a negative COVID-19 test result to get entrance. In addition, everyone must complete a Health Control Form, which can be filled and signed online.
Similar rules apply to numerous other EU countries that have previously been included on the list. Greece, Denmark, Czechia, Liechtenstein, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Cyprus, Croatia, Slovakia, Estonia, Slovenia, Finland, Ireland, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Romania, and Luxembourg are among the other EU/Schengen Area countries on Spain's high-risk list.
Furthermore, in this week's bulletin, it was emphasized once more that the list of epidemiologically safe third nations has remained constant.
The list of third countries that have a stable COVID-19 situation and that are allowed to travel to Spain even for non-essential purposes includes Saudi Arabia, Australia, Bahrein, Canada, Chile, China, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Kuwait, New Zealand, Qatar, Rwanda, Singapore, Ukraine, Uruguay, Taiwan, and the administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macao.
