The Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Minsk does not respond to correspondence (including e-mail) that does not meet the requirements set out in the Code of Administrative Procedure.
Correspondence addressed to the Consulate's address should include:

• name and surname of the person from whom it comes;
• this person's address;
• the subject of the case to which it relates.

The consular district of the Consul of the Republic of Poland in Minsk includes the Minsk, Gomel, Mogilev, and Vitebsk oblasts.

In urgent situations requiring urgent consul intervention, it is possible to contact us by phone: +375 29 670 33 74 or by e-mail:  minsk.wk.dyzurny@msz.gov.pl

The phone and e-mail on duty are only used to contact the consul on duty in extraordinary and random situations requiring urgent consular assistance outside office hours. Information on visas and the Pole's Card is not provided through them  .

Office hours
The Consular Section is open from Monday to Friday from 8.30
a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Visa applications are accepted from 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
Issuing passports from 12.00 to 16.00.

The Head of the Consular Department receives complaints and requests on Wednesdays from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Regarding complaints and motions regarding matters related to the Pole's Card, the Head of the Consular Department receives visits on Mondays from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

NOTE: You CANNOT register for the application (neither for the visa nor for the Pole's Card) at the telephone numbers provided. The interview on matters related to the Pole's Card takes place only in Polish.
