The head of the office or his deputy in matters of complaints and applications receives, after prior appointment by phone ( +86 10 6532 1235 ext. 110) or via the e-mail address: pekin.amb.sekretariat@msz.gov.pl, on Monday from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and on Thursdays from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
