3. Orally for the record to the consul of the Republic of Poland authorized by the head of the consul - only by appointment - on the first Wednesday of the month between 9.00-10.00

Complaints and requests should include the name and address of the complainant (applicant). In the event that the complaints and requests do not contain the above-mentioned data is left unrecognized.

What information must be contained in the complaint and the application
1. The complaint and the application should contain: the name and surname of the claimant and the exact address for correspondence;
2.if the complaint and the request are made in the interest of another person - it must be done with their consent; such consent, expressed in writing, should be attached to the submitted letter;
3. in the complaint and request, if possible, provide as many details as possible describing the event to which the case relates. If the subject matter of the case does not concern the competence of the Polish Embassy in Helsinki, the case will be sent to the competent authority.
