The collection of ready-made documents is possible only after prior arrangements for collection via the e-konsulat system.

The consular district of the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Rome includes the following regions of Italy: Abruzzo, Apulia, Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Lazio, Marche, Molise, Sardinia, Sicily, Tuscany and Umbria and the Republics of San Marino.

Only in random situations requiring immediate intervention of the consul, e.g.accidents, deaths, detentions, it is possible to contact us by calling: +39 335 599 5212. Information on traveling to Italy can be found in the travel information. 

 ATTENTION!  This telephone number  does not provide ordinary information on the activities of the Consular Department and the Polish Diaspora  (e.g. passport matters, marital status, information on entry regulations to Poland or Italy). Due to the limited number of telephone lines and in order to ensure professional and efficient handling of matters, we suggest that you contact the Secretariat by phone or e-mail during office hours.
