Complaints and motions

Complaints and requests may be submitted:

1. By post to the address of the Embassy

2. Via e-mail to the following address:   kuwejt.amb.sekretariat@msz.gov.pl

Note: Complaints and applications sent by e-mail should contain the name and address of the claimant.

3. Orally for the record

Customers who report complaints and applications to the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Kuwait are accepted:

• on Mondays from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.,

after the prior arrangement of the date of the meeting by phone or by e-mail.

Note: for organizational reasons, we kindly ask those interested in personally submitting a complaint to the protocol to contact us at least 2 working days before the scheduled meeting.

4. By letter submitted in person at the Embassy (from Sunday to Thursday: 8:15 am - 4:15 pm).
