The office is closed on Canadian and Polish holidays: the Epiphany Day of the Lord on January 6, Labor Day on May 1, Constitution Day on May 3, Feast of the Body and Blood of the Lord - movable, Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary on August 15, All Saints Day on November 1, Independence Day on November 11.

On the authority of the Head of the Office, the Consul of the Republic of Poland accepts complaints and applications - on Mondays from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
