Receiving customers in matters of complaints and requests
The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Stockholm receives applicants in matters of complaints and requests at the headquarters of the facility (Karlavägen 35, 114 31 Stockholm) on Thursdays from 10:00 to 11:00.
Meetings will be possible after prior appointment (by phone or e-mail) with an employee of the Ambassador's Secretariat.
Due to the restrictions related to COVID - 19, complaints and applications can be submitted to the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Stockholm in electronic form (to the address of the institutional mailbox: Stockholm.amb.info@msz.gov.pl ) or by traditional mail (to the address: Karlavägen 35, 114 31 Stockholm).
