Complaints and applications: Customers who report complaints and applications to the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Moscow are received on Fridays from 15: 00-16: 00, after prior appointment by e-mail: moskwa.amb.konsulat@msz.gov.pl with the note "complaint" or "application". Information on complaints and requests can be found on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The electronic visit booking system www.e-konsulat.gov.pl has been suspended.
Civil, passport, legal and repatriation matters require prior appointment by e- mail : moskwa.amb.konsulat@msz.gov.pl
Applications for the re-examination of the visa case are accepted at the Consular Department and the Polish Diaspora after the prior appointment - please contact: moskwa.visainfo@msz.gov.pl
The fees are collected in cash and only in EURO according to the table of consular fees
The functioning of the Department in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic
In this special situation, which is the COVID-19 pandemic, we do everything to be at your disposal. However, due to the persistent difficult epidemic situation in the Russian Federation and the need to comply with the stricter safety and sanitary rules, the Consular and Polish Diaspora Department of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Moscow had to limit the number of cases/applications received.
ATTENTION!
Due to the epidemic, before entering the office, consular clients must undergo a body temperature test and wear masks and gloves.
People who do not meet at least one of the above-mentioned requirements will not be admitted to the premises of the Consular Section and the Polish Diaspora
The following precautions and hygiene measures are used when handling customers.
1. Persons scheduled for visits are asked to use masks or other mouth and nose protection at all times when they are at the office, subject to situations in which it will be necessary to identify them or confirm their identity with a photo on the document;
2. We recommend keeping a safe social distance of 1.5 m;
3. Persons entering the office are subject to the standard procedure of checking brought items and are asked to be allowed to measure their temperature by a security officer;
4. At the entrance to the office, a container with disinfecting liquid and disinfecting wipes for biometric readers are available.
