The consular district of the Consul of the Republic of Poland in London includes Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Bristol, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, East Sussex, Essex, Gloucestershire, Greater London, Hampshire, Herefordshire, Kent, Norfolk, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Somerset, Suffolk, Surrey, Warwickshire, West Sussex, Wiltshire, Worcestershire, West Midlands, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey), Gibraltar and Overseas Territories.

Customers are received after prior booking of a visit via the e-konsulat system. The terms are added successively:

- in passport matters - on working days at 9.00 and at 20.00

- in legal matters - every day on working days

- in visa matters - every day on working days

The information that says "no dates until ..." means that the pool of available dates has been reserved, and the next ones will appear according to the above schedule. Taking into account the recommendations of local authorities and due to the still existing risk of coronavirus infection, the number of applicants has been reduced compared to the pre-pandemic situation. 

RECEIPT OF DOCUMENTS

The collection of documents is possible without prior reservation of the visit during the following hours: 

- in passport matters: Mon. - Fri in hours 10:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. 

- in legal matters: Mon. in hours 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m., Tue-Fri in hours 9: 00-14: 00

- in visa matters: Mon. in hours 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Tue - Fri in hours 9: 00-11: 00

In the matter of reporting the loss of a passport or ID card, please visit us on Mon. in hours 10: 00-18: 00 Tue - Fri in hours 8: 30-16: 30 - no need to book a visit in advance.

Only persons whose presence is necessary to deal with a given case will be allowed to stay on the premises of the consulate. It is absolutely essential to be on time when visiting the office.

We would like to remind you of the necessity to follow the current recommendations, including the obligatory wearing of masks covering the mouth and nose in public enclosed spaces.

We encourage you to collect your passports and passports with visa decisions by post. For this purpose, bring the SPECIAL DELIVERY envelope, paid up to 100 grams, with the addressee's details (name, surname, full address). Please attach a completed and signed  passport shipment application to the envelope .  Each passport application must be accompanied by a separate postage-paid envelope. Each passport is sent separately.
