Emergency telephone - emergency contact

In emergency situations requiring urgent intervention of the consul, it is possible to contact the following telephone number: +53 5280 5770, which is intended for contact with the consul on duty  only in emergencies requiring immediate intervention of the consul , which include, among others: deaths, accidents with participation of Polish citizens, crisis situations (arrests, theft of documents). The consul on duty does not provide information by phone (e.g. in visa or passport matters) that does not require immediate intervention or assistance and can be provided during office hours or can be found on the Embassy's website.
