However, we recognize that certain inquiries and concerns cannot wait, therefore we established the SIPT Helpline, a confidential, 24-hour service. The professional experts on the Helpline are ready to answer your call on almost any topic. They will assist you quickly or link you with the appropriate specialists. The SIPT Helpline is here if you:
- Are ill and want the assistance of a medical professional
- Do you require legal counsel regarding your job, housing, or education provider?
- Would you want to be linked with a specialist who can assist you in dealing with stress or anxiety?
- Do you have queries regarding your student visa status? Do you need assistance with misplaced travel documents?
- Need to be linked with resources to assist deal with major trauma.

If you are under the age of 18, the SIPT Helpline staff may arrange for your parent or guardian to be present on all calls.
