To get Poland's student visa, students will have to go through certain health check-ups and obtain a health certificate to confirm their country's visit. There should be health insurance to ensure the medical expenses for stay duration as health care is not free in Poland. 

EU students having the European health insurance card can get health care services free of charge in Poland.

Students belonging to non-EU countries require International medical insurance before they arrive in Poland. If you are a non- EU student and do not have needed medical insurance, then you will have to sign the voluntary health agreement with Poland's national health fund in which you will have to pay the insurance fees. Students with insurance will get free medical services and use university medical clinics.

Students from EU/EEA countries do not require a student visa to study in Poland; they only need to register their stay in Poland. You have to register if your stay will be more than 3 months. 

It is a cost-free process, and you have to register for it within 90 days of your arrival. You can do your registration process in the Voivodeship (Provincial) offices located in major polish cities.

Students from NON-EU countries need to apply for a student visa to study in Poland. To get the student visa for Poland, you will require a polish consulate to start the visa process. There are websites from which you can check all the requirements and steps needed to get a visa. Follow the instructions given on the consulate's website and book an appointment with the consulate.

You should prepare the necessary documents such as identity proof, passport, biometric photo, application form, etc. Carry all the required documents mentioned on the consulate's websites for a smooth process. Your application will be reviewed and approved or rejected after submitting the documents depending on the documents submitted.

There are no restrictions for the students with the type D student visa to work while studying in Poland. Students from different countries can work in Poland without a work permit. Having a residence permit is enough for students who want to study and work in Poland. However, students should give proper time for studies as working full time can affect their grades which can make the process of renewal of residence permit difficult for them.
