Picker Warehouse Operator Responsibility

A Picker Warehouse Operator has the responsibility of picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently within a warehouse or distribution center. They work alongside other team members to ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly while maintaining inventory accuracy. This role requires attention to detail, physical endurance, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The position of a Picker Warehouse Operator is available in Slovakia.

Picker Warehouse Operator Responsibilities

Order Picking: Locate and select products.
Packaging: Ensure items are protected.
Quality Control: Check for customer specifications.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records.
Loading and Unloading: Assist with shipments.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols.

Picker Warehouse Operator Requirements:

18 years of age or older.
Work experience as a general laborer, preferably in the warehouse.
Ability to operate forklifts proficiently.
Completion of background investigation and drug screening.
Strong people skills.
Good moral character.
Physically strong, agile, nimble, and undeterred by heights and adverse climatic conditions.
Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance.
Available to work extended hours.

Employer-provided

Accommodation

Comfortable accommodation for 3–4 people in a room near the warehouse. Separate rooms for couples.

Temporary Resident Cards

Obtaining a Temporary Resident Card (TRC) allows for a two-year stay.

Salary Deposited

The salary will be deposited into the bank account on the 15th of every month.

Training

Before starting their job, everyone will receive training.

Transport

We offer complimentary transportation to and from work.

Health Insurance

Any foreign person employed upon a work contract or a self‑employed person performing activities in Slovakia is subject to mandatory public health insurance in the Slovak Republic. The contributions are paid both by the employee and the employer (or self-employed person) and deducted automatically by the employer.

Salary

The gross monthly wage for the employment is set at a minimum of 950 EUR, with a working schedule of 40 hours per week.

Working Hours

Working hours consist of two 12-hour shifts per day, with the first shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and the second shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, for a total of 5–6 days per week.
