Refund and Cancellation Policy

M2S Group Sp. z o.o. is dedicated to protecting the confidentiality and privacy of all client information. We take all necessary measures to ensure the personal information we collect is safeguarded from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. We may use and disclose personal information (including that of family members, if applicable) for the following purposes:

  1. To conduct business operations.
  2. To provide and promote services.
  3. To communicate with clients.
  4. To comply with legal obligations.
  5. To manage and improve our services.

Refund Conditions

  1. No refund for early withdrawal:
    Refunds are not provided for clients who withdraw services early. Refund eligibility applies only when the entire service fee has been paid in full, with no outstanding balance.
  2. Immigration Regulation Changes:
    Changes in immigration policies may affect eligibility, so clients are encouraged to prepare in advance. If they are ineligible due to such changes, they may transfer their profiles to other opportunities but are not entitled to refunds.
  3. Chargebacks:
    M2S Group Sp. z.o. has a strict zero-tolerance policy for chargebacks. Any valid credit card payment dispute will result in permanent service denial. If unresolved, past-due fees will be sent to collections and may be reported to credit agencies.
  4. Tax Exclusion from Refunds:
    Refund calculations apply only to consultation fees and exclude non-refundable taxes.
  5. Rejections by Immigration Authorities:
    In case of rejection, M2S Group Sp. z o.o. will refund the agreed amount according to the signed agreement. Refunds are processed within 15-30 working days upon submission of a completed Online Refund Claim Form and a copy of the rejection letter or passport stamp.
  6. Third-Party Delays:
    M2S Group Sp. z o.o. is not liable for delays caused by third-party services such as embassies, consulates, or assessment bodies. Refunds for such delays are not applicable.
  7. No refund for additional fees paid to authorities:
    Fees paid to assessment bodies, immigration authorities, or consulates are non-refundable, regardless of the application outcome. Clients are responsible for paying additional costs as needed.
  8. Online Payments:
    Clients agree not to request a chargeback or cancel payments made via online card services without prior notification to M2S Group Sp. z o.o. Payments made through credit cards or net banking are considered final.

Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be issued in the following cases:

  1. Failure to attend interviews.
  2. Failure to pass required medical exams for the client or family members.
  3. Non-compliance with consulate or embassy requirements.
  4. Failure to provide a genuine Police Clearance Certificate (issued within 3 months).
  5. Inability to prove sufficient settlement funds.
  6. Previous immigration law violations.
  7. Late submission of required documents.
  8. Failure to achieve required English or language proficiency test scores.
  9. Case abandonment within 3 months of registration or non-communication for over 3 months.

Client Responsibilities

  1. Timely Submission of Documents:
    Clients must provide all required documents within 30 days of registration. Failure to do so will void eligibility for refunds.
  2. Notifications to Authorities:
    Clients must inform M2S Group Sp. z o.o. of any communications received from authorities within one week and comply with all interview or documentation requests.
  3. Service Transfers:
    Clients cannot transfer fees or services to another individual if they abandon their case or opt out of services.

Termination of Services

M2S Group Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to terminate services without a refund under these conditions:

  1. Failure to submit documents within one month of registration.
  2. Actions that tarnish the company’s reputation.
  3. Non-responsiveness for over one month.
  4. Unauthorized access attempts.
  5. Client behavior that disrupts service delivery.

Legal Disclaimer

M2S Group Sp. Z o.o. is a private consulting company not affiliated with any government authority or embassy. The respective immigration departments make the final decisions regarding visas and permits. Agreements with M2S Group Sp. z.o. are based on transparency, trust, and clearly defined terms.
