When making payments to M2S Group Sp. z o.o., you have the right to request and receive a receipt for your transaction. We issue receipts for all payments made to the company, and an acknowledgement of payment will be sent from our central system. Payments to M2S Group Staff:
Clients are strongly advised against making any additional payments to M2S Group Sp. z o.o. employees. If any staff member offers to change your profile or provide additional documents for an extra fee, please report this to management as soon as possible. The company is not responsible for verbal or written agreements between clients and individual employees or their references. Any payments made to staff outside official channels are entirely at your own risk, and the company will not be liable for any consequences.

Vendors Referred by M2S Group Staff:
We discourage engaging with vendors recommended by M2S Group Sp. z o.o. employees. These referrals are not authorized or endorsed by the company. Interacting with such vendors increases your risk of fraud, and M2S Group Sp. z o.o. Payments made to unauthorized vendors will not be held accountable.

Fraudulent Documentation

M2S Group Sp. z.o. strictly prohibits the use of fraudulent documentation or false information. When we accept your case, we assume that all the information and documents you provide are accurate and authentic. The company is not responsible for any repercussions arising from false or misleading documentation submitted by the client.

It is important to note that M2S Group Sp. z.o. does not handle visa documentation or processing. All submitted documents are assumed to be 100% accurate and authentic.

5. Verify job offers: Be wary of job offers or visa opportunities that seem too good to be true. Scams often involve fake promises and fraudulent offers.
6. Avoid unethical advice: Dishonest individuals may advise you to submit false documents or participate in illegal schemes. Don’t risk losing your investment or facing legal consequences.

If any staff member claims otherwise, please report it to us immediately.

Visa decisions are made at the discretion of the respective immigration authority, embassy, or consulate, while the employer determines job offers. Any claims or guarantees made by employees are unauthorized and should be reported immediately.
